Generic error response in Paypal

Hi,

I am getting this error code during the implementation of PayPal:

genericError?code=VU5TVVBQT1JURURfUEFZRUVfQ1VSUkVOQ1k%3D

and shows a page with a button "Redirect to Merchant"

I am using an Indian Merchant account for Business Setup (Currency I am using as primary currency is USD) and doing the transaction in Same currency. Researched a lot on the internet and came to know that this issue is related to "Unsupported payee currency". I am implementing the same using C# but not able to find how to fix that.
