I Have sold 4 very large machines on ebay, I did not offer shipping only local pick up or the buyer makes arraignments. It appears that the monies are paid to me but they are on hold awaiting shipment. If the buyer picks up machines and they are not (shipped) how do I know that the funds will be released if they don't notify ebay/paypal. Once the money is on hold can the buyer withdraw the funds?
