I've been trying to email PayPal for some time and never got a reply so I'll try here.
I have a family memeber who is trying to send me funds via PayPal (not much only $100 to be exact). This is not part of a sale, service or product from eBay, however when it's transfered it comes up as pending payment as a service and shows that I need to wait 30 days for it. I since read about PayPal.me which is supposed to be an "immediate" transfer and for sharing bills etc. This too was tried and again the same thing to wait 30 days.
I've been on PayPal for over 8 years, both selling & buying, never had any disputes.
If someone here could assist or give any advice it would be greatly appreciated as I'm not getting a direct response from PayPal to my email.
