Error message under Status Field in Sandbox Account

Hi,

 

I am getting an Error message in the Status column in Sandbox account. What does it exactly means? Even I am not able to create new testing sandbox users. Please help or Guide me what I am doing wrong. Thanks in advance.

Thank you for your post! I'm sorry to hear of the difficulty you're having. I recommend posting a question in the Merchant Integration Technical Support Community if you can't find the answer among the posts that are already there. You can also open a ticket directly to Merchant Technical Support if that community doesn't come up with an answer for you.
