Hello. I purchased 2 items from the same seller in one transaction on June 1st. Within seconds of the win of the auction eBay contacted me and said that it was a fradulent auction and said not to make a payment - however I already had via Paypal as it was a Buy it Now auction. I have attempted to file a dispute several times - and I keep getting "an error has occured" then I receive an email from Paypal telling me to file a claim in the dispute center, however there is never an open case... This is really frustrating. If anyone can help it would be greatly apprecated.
