My customers are businesses and universities and I use PayPal to send invoices. When I upload invoices, I can enter a person's first and last name and their email address but not the company/school name. I have gotten some push back from some customers that they need the invoice to list the institution name, not the individual. It appears that I cannot edit a customer record but that's what I need to do.
Also, when I upload the invoices, it gives me only one option: to send the invoices. It would be nice to be able to edit them before they are sent but if I don't send them immediately, they disappear and I have to upload them again. Editing is important because the CSV upload doesn't have all the options one has if invoices are created manually.
What I need to do isn't currently possible, so this is request not so much a question.
