Ebay Dispute

Ebay is claiming I violated their ivory policy when the piece I was selling was solid beef bone.  Because of this they have been attempting to charge me a cancelation fee for the item.  I refuse to pay it as I did not recieve any services from them or agree to give them free money.  Is their a Way I can keep Ebay from charging my paypal account?  I have had to send it to resolution twice now as Ebay keeps trying to charge me.  I should be able to revoke Ebays right to use this account should I not?

Hi MDS1065,

That's a good question. You can prevent eBay from charging you by cancelling your billing agreement with them. I hope that helps. 🙂
