Do you need an account to send money?

General question: does one need an account to be able to send money or receive invoices for services performed?

Of course you need an account if you want to recevied money into a PayPal account.

As for invoices you receive an invoice for goods/services received and then you PAY the invoice for services received.  No account is needed to pay an invoice as long as you use a credit card.
