I recently started using PayPal invicing for sales made locally where my customers pay with cash or check. If they pay with cash or check, I manualy mark the invoice as paid in Paypal once the customer has paid. My question is, will these payments get added to the gross payments received on the 1099K? Paypal didn't actually receive anything, just marked as paid on their invoicing system.
I've been recording these transactions separately and don't want to record the income twice and overpay in taxes. Any insight is much appreciated!

Much appreciated! I figured that was probably the case but wasn't 100% sure.
Thanks!
