Do I have to have an actual business for Business Paypal?

I'm just looking to sell a few things on etsy, so I don't have a business or anything, so in order to make a Business Paypal, do I have to have an actual business and all that stuff?

Do you actually want a business paypal account then?

Only personal and premier accounts merged a while ago and so for individuals that want to sell can use a personal / premier account.
