I had a subscription service that I cancelled and the service charged my account this month. I immediately filed a dispute with PayPal over the charge, then contacted the company and asked them to resolve the issue. The company replied that same day that they charged in error, and would refund the money. Do I need to contact PayPal to let them know this, or should I cancel the open dispute? I don't want to be double refunded by accident, but I'm not sure how PayPal works with other companies. Thanks!
