Why is it so complicated to figure out whether or not PayPal allows you to create promo codes for buttons? If you can't, please just state that somewhere CLEARLY. I've been searching online for 30 minutes to try and crack this mystery and all I've found is a site from who knows when with a ton of coding that is not realistic for a lay person to follow. I searched this forum and someone said this exact same thing in 2012- 5 years ago. Please advise.
