Did postage go up again?+

I just printed out a label and it's back to $2.60 from $2.45.  Is it another glitch or did it go up again?

I have been paying 2.45 for months up to 3oz.  First class

When was it ever $2.45?  For First Class Package online, it was always $2.60 up to 8 oz. 

I guess when Congress said USPS has to undo that exigent surcharge beginning in January 2014 on mailing products and services to recover for the massive volume and revenue losses resulting from the Great Recession back in April 2016, they are now essentially making up for that by raising prices again.
