Debit card fraud

There has been a series of unauthorised transactions on my debit card which have been processed through PayPal gateway. I have the email id of the vendor where the transaction was credited to. Is there a way to reverse the transaction and recover the money? The debit card is from another bank.

I have already done that...was wondering if there is a solution from payment gateway's side.
