Within the last week I've gotten two order on my website where customers used Paypal as the checkout method. Both times the customers shipping address was not attached at all to the paypal transaction so I have no address to ship the product to. The order emails I receive always say the customer has provided an uncomfirmed address, but doesn't even list the address anywhere.
Can someone advise what is going on?
Are you using PayPal buttons on your website? You probably opted out of requiring buyer address in step 3 of the button options.
