Customer receipts email wrong

Receipts to my customers (who by via my shopify store and pay using paypal) show an outdated email - so outdated that it was removed from my account long ago.

So how do I change what email is showing  - when I can't find that email inside my paypal settings at all?

Hi @SusannahS,

 

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been able to find the correct setting to change. I can help!

 

The email address that needs to be changed is your customer service email. The setting can be found by going to Profile > Profile and settings > Business information. The section at the top can be edited, and any erroneous information changed.
