Creating a new PP button

When I log onto PP I cannot find a way to get to the place where I can create a new button. After logon I see a greeting and account info but can't find the location I need.

I've seen various methods on YouTube but I'm not able to get to the similar screen.

Have to go to your Seller Preferences.  It's the first setting on the list.
