I have been all over the Paypal development site. I can't find a simple getting started for the SOAP API. I found one for REST but am unable to get that to work.
I am just looking to send an XML request to create and send an invoice, using raw XML POST with SOAP header. This is a direct link from my system, not using PHP or cURL or Node.js or anything like that, just a direct POST.
