Having been approved as a charity, I've completed the enrollment form and clicked submit. The next screen is a blank enrollment form. How do I find my charity to be sure it's listed and the information about my charity is visible?

You may want to phone customer service - as this is a public community, there's no access to account info or is there a way to figure out what caused your blank screen.
