Charged for item did not order PayPAl will not stand behind it

I received a notice today that someone has charge about 4 subscriptions to my paypal account.  PayPal- in the resolution center says they do not handle these types of charges.  What do I do?

If the charges were funded by credit card, file chargeback with your card issuer.
