Pay After Delivery primarily uses your bank account and cannot be changed to PayPal balance or other funding source so make sure you have funds in your bank by making a transfer of your PayPal funds to your bank account. When PayPal has exhausted the 3 attempts total to get payment from your bank they will use other funding sources available in your PayPal account. Bank NSF fees may apply for each failed attempt.
