Cash sale fee

Does paypal charge a fee if I enter a cash sale through the pp here app? I know the fee applies to credit cards but not clear about the cash only sales.

Thank you so much. They dont actually have anywhere on their website that mentioned the cash sales that I could find so I appreciate the reply.
