I get an error message - please try again
Is there a problem or is the system still updating or.....

I have the same problem, the website always:
"Unable to print the requested label at this time. The following error occurred.
We’re unable to process your request. Please try later."
It doesn't give any other information about what's wrong.....it has been like that since last night.
Please help.

You would think they would have an announcement about this.............I hope this gets fixed soon

When you fill out the customs form, select 'documents' as the category of the item. Then fill out what the item actually is in the usual place on the customs form. This will work until they resolve the issue. It just worked for me.
