Can we login to sandbox.paypal.com with our same business account?

Hi,

i have a problem when i try to login to sandbox.paypal.com with my business/developer account it shows me "Some of your info isn't correct. Please try again."

and i tried to signup on sandbox.paypal.com , i fill all the details > jump to next page > add everything asked > and it redirects me to page 1 of signup form.. there is no error or nothing.. it's just a redirect.

How can i login to sandbox.paypal.com to configure my website IPN/payment method?

And when i click on "Having trouble logging in?" button it shows the error "Sorry, your last action could not be completed. Dispatch Error, please check logfile for more information"

Any help will be appriciated.
