Can't upload documents to my dispute

I have tried for 3 days to upload documents for my dispute. I've tried on 3 different computers and when I click "upload files" i just get a blank screen. This is beyond frustrating.

if it has been escalated to paypal review,neither party can submit any more information.

if not,then switch to a different browser.

Thanks for the reply. I tried this on a different browser and still not letting me even though it says I have to take action and upload my files. So frustrating
