Can't find some transactions by searching in activity

I want to find some transactions from earlier this month, so I click on the Activity tab. Then in the search field I type a few characters from the customers name. It finds some customers but not others---even if they are from the same day. I tried showing the whole day, but after a long search (it was a busy day), I couldn't find them. I am sure the transactions are OK based on emails from PayPal and based on downloading the CSV logs. How do I find these transactions? I want to add the tracking numbers.

I called PayPal, and the representative immediately knew to redirect to me the old interface at https://www.paypal.com/history . This lists all transactions and has a useful (albiet slow) search feature. I can search by email address, transaction ID, etc.

I've complained about this too. It seemed to work well in the classic version, but not since the new interface.

ahz001,

Your link takes me to the new faulty interface. Did the representative say they knew about the problems with the new search feature? If so, are they working on it?

AESupply: I get a different interface with somewhat similar functionality at that link compared to the Activity tab from the main screen. The rep didn't explictly acknowledge a problem or state anything would be fixed.

Both the link and Activity tab forward me to the same page.

What about this link?

https://history.paypal.com/webscr?cmd=_history

Here is a screenshot of what I see there

You would think an online bank would consider being able to keep track of transactions wherein money exchanged hands to be important, but no. Not surprising since they don't give a crap about how un-user friendly their interface is, in general.
