Can't cancel dispute on PayPal

Opened a dispute because I thought I didn't authorize a payment, turns out I did. But I can't cancel the dispute and they (The people who I opened a dispute against) are cutting my privileges because I haven't canceled the dispute yet. Although I can't cancel it. Need help ASAP.

Phone customer services and ask them to close it explaining you made a mistake.
