Can I use different personal information(name and SSN) from the credit card/bank account?

Can I use my personal information(name and SSN) different from the credit card/bank account holder name? when add money it ask me to enter the Date of Birth , Name and SSN or tax ID.

so i can be able to enter those information that different from credit card / bank account??

bank account name and paypal name must match EXACTLY.

SS number must be the number of the account holder.

you are not allowed t o link other people bank account and credit card,

any discrepancy,it would restrict your account
