Can I receive money right after making my paypal account

Hello, I just made my paypal account and I I wanted to ask can I receive money right away after making the account.

Yes.  Receving it, however, doesn't mean you can spend immediately.

It depends on various issues.  You receive the funds, but they may be pending, meaning they aren't available for spending yet.  It depends onhow you want to spend the money.

I was wondering, i have a new account and recieved money, but after 2 hours it is still pending. How long does this take and can I transfer it to my bank right away?

Was it for a purchase?  It could take 21 days until it's available.

Mine was not for a purchase, just a friend loan.

PayPal doesn't send money as a loan.  It was sent as friend/family/GIFT with no obligation to do anything.

There will still be delays.  How long? Don't know.
