Buyer didn't receive refund yet

 With the buyers agreement, I, as the seller, deleted a completed transaction, refunding the $ to the buyer before the purchase was shipped.  PayPal deducted the $ from my account and notified me that it refunded the $ to the buyer.  However, the buyer now tells me she has not yet received the refund in her account.  How should this be handled?

If its ''pending'' or on ''temp hold'' in her paypal account then that is perfectly normal and she just has to wait for it to clear.

My records show it was refunded on May 22.  Today is June 4...is that normal holding time?  She is out of the country.
