Buy now buttons missing on paypal tools page & not working on my site

Hi Guys,

 

I am missing paypal buttons option on the tools page of the paypal website. Additionally the "buy now" button is not working on my website.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
