It sounds like you might be looking for information on how to downgrade your PayPal account from Business to Personal. This is one of the few things that can only be done through PayPal customer support. Customer support can be reached by clicking "Help & Contact" on the PayPal website, @AskPayPal on Twitter or the PayPal Facebook page.
