Account limited (Please PLEASE help)

I really need help okay I'm really struggling here and I don't know what to do. Someone please help.

So basically I keep getting emails from paypal saying things like this

We emailed you a short while ago to help us resolve an issue with your
PayPal account. Your account was temporarily limited as a security measure
and full access has not been restored yet because we haven't heard from you.

We understand it may be frustrating not to have full access to your PayPal
account and need to work with you to resolve the issue and restore full
access to your account as quickly as possible.

What's the issue?

We noticed some unusual activity on a credit card linked to your PayPal
account.

Reference Number: PP-xxx-xxx-xxx-xxx

How you can help

It's usually pretty easy to take care of things like this. Most of the
time, we just need a little more information about your account or latest
transactions.

Please log in to your account and go to the Resolution Centre to find out
what you need to do. You'll also learn what you can and can't do with your
account until the issue is resolved.

they're saying that theres suspicious activity with a credit card that's linked to my account, but when i go to check nothing is linked and I really don't know what to do. Please can someone help me. They're asking for a credit card statement but I dont have a credit card and my account isn't linked to any credit cards. Please PLEASE someone help I don't know what to do!

 

I am unable to do anything with my paypal. I can't even recieve money. I really need help.
