Dear PayPal,
My name is Trish Roberts and my PayPal account is limited having balance 64,12 EUR.My account is limited since 27/06/2014 almost 3 years ago i also receive an email on 24/12/2014 that my funds are Eligible for Withdrawal but when i try to add bank account to withdraw these funds i got this error "Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later." i laso try another day another day but still the issue same kindly check and why i am unable to add bank account
i want to withdraw my funds help me i am waiting for your response.

it could be Paypal doe snot do business with your bank(what country are you in/)
or it has to be a bank issued Visa debit card of a bank which is in the VISA Europe network.
In US,we can ask Paypal to send us a bank check,dontknow if you can do that?
