Account Limitation

I got limited last week and I have sent in proof. On the page it says to wait 2 business days and that my review is pending but it's been 5 days and nothing...

Any ways I can get this solved?

Why was your account limited? 

What transactions caused the limitation?

What documents were requested?

What did you submit?

My account was limited because apparently someone else was on it (my VPN)

I submitted by bank statement that they requested.

VPN is likely the reason, so stop using a VPN.

VPN caused a serious security issues which will not be fixed with a bank statement.

Suggest you make a phone call to PayPal support for more information to see if there even is a fix.

My guess is that the outlook is grim.

Yeah I'll give them a call in a few more days if they don't reply to the documents that I sent in.

What should I do in the meantime? I really need money to pay some of my debts off.

As for money, you need to figure that out.  First thought would be a job.  Next would be to borrow from somenone, but I suspect you would have a bad credit rating with friends.  Another otpion:  take some money from savings or retirement account.
