I recently went to a Dollar General to buy a PayPal My Cash Card. I added $60 to the card when I bought it. Well, I accidentally bought the wrong thing. I bought a PayPal Prepaid Mastercard instead of the My Cash card. I haven't activated the Prepaid card yet, so is there a way I could add the funds on the Prepaid card to my PayPal account or will I have to return the Prepaid card? I have the receipt, but how do I prove that I haven't activated the card to Dollar General? The funds are not in my account. I removed the sticker on it when I was trying to find some 10-digit code to enter on the PayPal Cash web page before I realized I had the wrong thing, but does the sticker mean anything?
Anyways, what I want is to have my $60 on my PayPal account whether I can do that with the Prepaid card WITHOUT PAYING PAYPAL FEES or have to return the Prepaid card and get a My Cash card.
