sellers pays the paypal transaction fees

Hello,

I have a mulivendor marketplace. where people sell and buy stuff like etsy.

Please how do I use paypal in a way that the sellers pays the paypal transaction fees instead me (the site owner). I also want to hold the sellers funds for "x" amount of time for buyers protection.

Yes, Adaptive Payments is what you're going to need, but that's going to require a developer to custom build you a solution most likely.
