PayPal has scheduled downtime today for two hours:

Is this going to be gracefully handled on PayPal's end, or do I have to do something on my end to prevent customers from going to the PayPal site? Will it look like a bug on my site if customers try to make a purchase? Or will a notice be displayed on the PayPal site that there is planned downtime?
