according to paypal policy it takes 3 months to remove that 21 days pending payment ... i have a friend sign up paypal account on Jan 25th ... since then he made only 1 sale !!! SO after 3 months , i mean on April 25th if he is still have only 1 sale will the 21 days pending payment will be removed OR he must make more sales to be eligible for it ????
