buyer ignored requested invoice , how do I cancel the invoice?

I would be glad to answer your question. Here is how to cancel an invoice sent to a buyer: log into your PayPal account, click History near the top of the page, click Details next to the money request or invoice you want to cancel, click Cancel Invoice, click Yes or Send Cancellation.
