Why did the withdrawal time change from 24 hours to 3-4 days?

Until last week, I could withdraw funds to my bank account and they would be there the following day.  I just made a withdrawal and the site says it will take 3-4 days.  What kind of service downgrade is that?  I know paypal used to take 2 days for a withdrawal, and it was nice when it decreased to 1 day.  But to jump to 3-4 days?  That's going to seriously change how I do business with Paypal.  I used to leave money sitting in my account for days and just withdraw at the end of the week.  Now, I'll have to withdraw at the end of every business day.

Strange as it's always been announced on the site as 3-4 days -- at least for me.

I must agree, Friday it said my withdrawl time would be 2-3 days. Today when I went to withdraw funds it changed to 3-4 days.  No warning just changed.  That's really odd in my opinion.
