Where is the Poicy Update Page?

Sorry for such a dumb question, but I've spent an hour looking for it. 

Maybe it does not exist.  I received what I think is a spoof email wanting

me to go to this Policy Updates Page, which know better than to do.

However, there is wording in Paypal referencing this page.

Click on your profile (icon next to log out) > notifications 3 along on the big blue band at the top > policy updates lower down on that page.

Doesn't work.  No notifications. Googling brings up the notifications, but nothing on Paypal site.

Profile and Settings

Shouldn't these policies be more apparent, like on the home page?

I got the same e-mail.  I came here to find out if it was spam or legit.  I didn't want to click on any of the links in the e-mail.  I can't find the "policy update" page either.  I have no notifications.

Maybe my problem is my spelling of policy!

On your main PayPal page or others for you PayPal account, the Policy Updates link should be at the bottom right of the page, right next to the legal link.

I will immediately buy Paypal for Dummies, and a new pair of glasses.  It still looks

like the email is a scam as Paypal states no mass mailings.  I'm happy, thanks for

polite answer, I deserved a little sarcasm 🙂

Did you eventually find the policy update page.  I assume did as you mentioned the need for new glasses. 🙂  The link is tiny and poor contrast.
