Where is the Paypal Manager?

I am trying to set up my website to sell products. The information from my website says I need to go to Paypal Manager under Service Settings tab click on Set up, Security Options- Enable Secure Tokens, etc., etc. I've looked for the Paypal Manager and I can't fine it. Could someone help me please? I am not very Tech savy but I do try to find  and do things on m own before asking.

OK, I decided to call Paypal and I've got my issue resolved.

For those who might see this in the future, the PayPal Manager is available at http://manager.paypal.com.  

This is a separate gateway account from PayPal.com and is provided when some PayPal products like Payments Pro, Payments Advanced, PayFlow Link, etc.
