Wanting to ditch 2checkout and go with Paypal, Questions

Hello.

I have a few questions if you have a moment to answer.  

1.  I want to move my client's site from 2checkout processing to PP.  Where should I begin?  

2.  My client has a Business PP account, is there any method he can add me so that I can login to his account to setup his website to sell items?
