Suspending subscription

Hi, Is it possible to suspend subscription using hosted button and IPN ? I know it can be done manually from th emerchant account (https://cms.paypal.com/fr/cgi-bin/?cmd=_render-content&content_ID=developer/e_howto_html_subscribe_b... Thanks

You can make an "Unsubscribe" button but that's not the same as suspending a subscription.  As far as I can tell, the only way to suspend a subscription is by going through your merchant account.
