Status "Completed" means you have initiated the withdraw process on your end, it does not mean that the funds are presently in your bank account. Bank transfers normally take 2 to 4 days depending on the bank's ACH transfer schedule. From our experience, we average 2 days, once in a while it takes 3 days.
If you check your Account Transaction History, note the Payment Statuses definitions at the bottom of the page. Per PayPal's own explanations you will see the following:
Completed (referring to a bank withdrawal):Money is being transferred to your bank account. Allow up to 7 days for this transfer to complete.
