Shipping fees increased today?

I went to print out my standard 2 oz.  USPS First Class package mailings today and noticed the price has increased from $2.45 to $2.60.

I searched and found nothing about a price increase on USPS or PayPal websites.

Is this a mistake or has the price for 1-3 oz. First Class packages on PayPal increased by $0.15? If so, it would have been nice to get an update notice about this?

We called paypal about the increase to postage for 1-3oz.

The rep said They have no information about an increase.

We called ebay, same thing,

the USPS person we spoke with had no information. After pushing the issue for an answer (on hold for quite some time) we were told "Yes, there has been an increase.... and we on the front line weren't notified.

SHAME on the USPS for causing what we can only imagine are many many unnecessary calls by sellers inquiries to them, Paypal and Ebay when, in this world of information they didn't consider sharing the information with one click.
