Buyers payments should be in your paypal account balance BEFORE you send your item.

Look I was not born yesterday. Because you are the 2nd person to chastise me I will tell you. It is a FAMILY MEMBER! So therefore I sent the product prior to receiving the money. Now is it possible to purchase postage prior to receiving the money??????
