I have integrated my OSCommerce V2.3.1 site with Paypal and the payment portion works great. I want to let the customers choose their shipping options after they leave my site and are redirected to Paypal. I set-up the shipping methods in my Profile>Selling Tools>Shipping My Items.My Domestic shipping option is Priority Mail based on sales amount, .01 to 24.99 charge $4.90. I am buying an item that costs .01.
When I test this, I am electing to proceed as a guest. I created an account on my website with my mother-in-laws name and address, however I am using a credit card that is registered with my paypal account.
I went all the way through checkout and it never charged me for shipping or asked me to pick a shipping option.
Incidently, it also didn't charge me tax even though we both live in California, but I will deal with that later.
What am I missing to get the shipping working?
