We are a 501(c)3 non profit that mostly processes donations through PayPal. Recently we began selling a product that required us to collect sales tax. After setting up PP to do that, now all our donations are having sales tax added to them.
Is there a way to configure PP to collect sales tax only on products, but not donations?
Problem solved. I was using a drop-down menu for different levels of donations, but those are available only for Shopping Cart purchases, not Donations. I've set up individual donation buttons to get around the issue.
